i am a tile contractor. physical labor around 8-5, 5-6 days a week. i wake up mon. through sat. for running/sprints/weights and hit the gym again around 6 for 2-3 hour session of boxing and occasionally do some grappling work at the end. it is a very good way to get stronger throwing around your bw if your not big on weights

Im a plumber for the last 9 years qualified at age 20, things are quiet at the moment but i still get some work in to tide me over...........

Construction aint no joke, hard work plus the big factor of hurting yourself is dangerous and having to go to box after work is though.
Be careful when you go back, I just had a friend who had a tragic accident with a automatic saw, **** was nasty.
