And at nearly 50 never took any thing to encamce my natural strength that was anabolic ( Fury you big goof ball ) so we’ll see what it is ,the best arm wrestlers on the east coast I’m going up against these guys really trained for this so we’ll see how I do ? Either way it’s a pleasure competing with high level athletes in their sports .
I like your hutzpa. *** ish meaingnballs irbdetermination

So I bottled it yeasterday/ night …well not really …( was supposed to compete at 1 PM and didn’t do it till 6 PM ) kind of had a crash, but I signed up for a SIT down arm wrestling match apparently I’m the only one not allowed to get out of my chair ? So I’ll leave it at that .

All in all still a great time I held up in other areas I’m usually weaker at so ? Training home is helpful but definitely need to start training specifically for that sport any way no matter the craziness that I experienced yesterday .

I give myself a B - considering the absolute abysmal reffering but in arm wrestling world if you don’t know it’s not sanctioned by any athletIc commission and the refs are usually on the same teams who run events it’s nothing new but I really thought it wasn’t going to be me sitting down vs national champions who can opt out of there seats ….it is what it is ……no regrets and now I have multiple teams who want me on them so ? Not sure if my hearts into it so I’d probably have to think about that .

Nah man I got jobbed twice . One the guy was allowed to get off his seat ,the other wasn’t in the pad half the time . That’s arm wrestling though when you go into enemy territory. Only answer for that is to actually train for these events and be prepared as best as you can I’ve had crazy latches in the past but this one was a new level of foul play for me . Lol

I was actually a bit stronger a few months ago I had good momentum going I overtrained really lifted max compacity 3 days in a row and thought 5 days rest would be enough ,after the second match I looked like popeye and couldn’t get blood back in my arm anyway in time it’s a problem if you dint arm wrestle regularly with ppl and I haven’t in a year .

Im doing half curls here with 125/130 pounds with a 3 and a half inch handle that spins so hard to control and feels like 150 pounds on the 7th lift I even have the weight out of my shoulder and controlling it on the side so it was just dead weight in mid air . I might compete on .August 12 in a normal event idk ? I got ****** up pretty good the other day so ?
