I really had no clue about what was going on.
So I researced diet and it has improved my mental health so much and I now feel I can be the partner she needs me to be.
I feel so much better the last month or so since I started.
Each day I eat nuts raisins fruit eggs and kefir. I take fish oil and wheatgrass and apple cider vinegar. I eat a lot of fruit.
It has improved my mental health so much.
Going into Autumn which is my favourite time of year I feel born again.
I told her I am so sorry for problems and it'll be okay now on. Alice is great!
Funny thing since I eat the things I say I never feel hungry yet it is very little in terms of amount. I read that obese people can be malnourished as they keep eating but their body is not getting the nutrients it needs.
if your body has all it needs you don't feel hungry.
I needed to do something as my depression was killing me. Diet alone can improve your life so much.
In all I consume about eight or nine things a day
. Acv and lemon water. Fruit. Nuts and seeds. Eggs. Cod liver oil. Spirulina. Olive oil. Veg.
I feel so good and wake up happy. I now see things so clearly. Before I was submerged in miserable feelings for many years.
It has only been two months and I feel so much better.

I'm glad to hear that changing your diet has had such a positive impact on your mental health! It's amazing how much of a difference small changes in our lifestyle can make. It sounds like you're eating a well-rounded diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. It's also great that you're taking supplements like fish oil and wheatgrass to ensure you're getting all the nutrients your body needs. Keep up the good work and continue to prioritize your mental and physical health.

thank you very much. i admit that in the last two weeks i binged on sugar, cakes and sugary coffees. i just desired sugar so much. i lost a lot of weight since about 8 months ago but i got such cravings and i gave in. when i eat sugary foods i feel better much like ******* or such i just feel so much better. i still take all the supplements i said but i did also eat quite a lot of sugary things in the last week. i hope i dont end up with a huge belly again in two weeks time. i noticed over the years that what i do this week will show next month. if i am very strict i lose the belly fat after about a month and it goes back the same time period,
i need to balance what i need to do to stay slim and healthy with my love of sugary foods. i am not a big eater at all my fat is all around my belly, my arms and legs are not fat. my body has for so many years got it's energy from sugar and it is hard to give it up. for me sugar really makes me feel good.

One strategy you can try is to gradually reduce your intake of sugary foods by replacing them with healthier options such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. This can help your body adjust to a lower sugar intake and reduce your cravings over time. You can also try to identify the triggers that cause your cravings and find healthier ways to cope with them such as exercise, meditation, or social support. It's important to remember that achieving a healthy weight and maintaining a balanced diet is a journey that requires patience and consistency. Don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up and indulge in sugary foods from time to time, but try to stay focused on your long-term goals and make healthy choices whenever possible. If you are struggling with managing your cravings or maintaining a healthy weight, consider seeking guidance from a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian who can provide personalized advice and support.

yes that is very good advice thank you for giving me your time. Funny really but in your twenties a person could be ultra fit while being a binge drinker and missing sleep etc. Premier league footballers are alcoholics yet still play great at the weekend!!
Now I find I have to really work at it to not be flabby and morose all day.
Did you know that for men if we get fat the fat turns testosterone into estrogen. If we lose weight our testosterone increases. Because I have a serious feet problem I cannot go jogging like I used to but I do weight lifting indoors. Weight lifting is the one thing that drastically increases male hormones.
My diet of around ten healthy foods has really improved my outlook. My eczema has nearly completely gone. I wake up feeling upbeat. I have lost about 5 stone around my gut. I have no more gastro intestinal issues. The only issue I have is my love of sugar. Did you know a can of red bull contains around 14 spoonfuls of sugar same with coke. I stopped drinking that but i missed the lift it would give me. I crave a really nice apple pie I really love sugar and it has taken me since july last year to get used to hardly any sugar. At first it was like quitting smoking I really felt withdrawal but now I am through the worst and it is okay now. Like you said "don't let slip ups get you down". But last year I was at risk of developing diabetes so I needed to change what I was doing.
as a youtuber i spend time creating videos and it is a sedentary lifestyle and walking can cause foot pain which is acute sometimes. So buying some weights and doing weight lifting is really helping me. You burn much more fat weight lifting then you do with aerobics. I write my journey on here to help others who may need guidance to feel healthier. I like helping people. I am very spiritual but I don't belong to any particular faith so I serve by trying to help other people and I feel really good when I get messages thanking me it really is great when you can help inspire people from being morose to enjoying life again. I bought some gaba and melatonin online and it has really helped me a lot. if you research these supplements you can see how they help increase hgh and help the body in many ways and alleviate stress and relax the body at night. they are safe too.
this is dr berg talking about melatonin.

I admit I take a melatonin here and there to go to bed, especially when I have trouble getting to sleep

yes melatonin helps increase hgh as well as other health benefits. gaba really really increases hgh if you search on google you will see. it is legal for athletes as they are both found in foods. you can get both in your diet if you eat certain foods like cabbage broccoli etc but a tablet makes it easier. i had a friend who is in their late 40s and they always were insomniac and now they take gaba and melatonin they sleep at night better and feel much better in the day. sleeping pills like valium and xanax work by increasing brain gaba levels but they can ruin lives with all their side effects so taking gaba is much healthier.
women too benefit from these two supplements as hgh is not testosterone it is a hormone that helps male and female body's heal and repair.
did you know i researched this and it is a fact that when studied in large populations that most people in their 50's or older will say that at least once or twice in their lives they have contemplated suicide. everyone loses friends, family, or a lover and nearly everyone considers it. yet when they get help the majority say a year later they are glad they held on.
i feel today that my health has allowed me to be more stoic and able to weather storms and not get swallowed up by misery.
i hope if i can help others who may need some help.

i think it is great that you enjoy a donor kebab especially as the donors of the meat are usually made up of the local neerdowells who have angered the shops owner that week.

They go down very well. It would be a shame to let it go to waste. Mixed with chilli sauce and some beer, it doesn't get much better than that! Nash out
