by the way i really like your quote in your signiture. i fully agree with that sentiment. i think one has to be brave to admit faults and humble to help others in life.

I watched ronnie O'Sullivan saying how improved diet changed his life for the better and I thought I need to do something about how lousy my mind is.
I really had no clue about what was going on.
So I researced diet and it has improved my mental health so much and I now feel I can be the partner she needs me to be.
I feel so much better the last month or so since I started.
Each day I eat nuts raisins fruit eggs and kefir. I take fish oil and wheatgrass and apple cider vinegar. I eat a lot of fruit.
It has improved my mental health so much.
Going into Autumn which is my favourite time of year I feel born again.
I told her I am so sorry for problems and it'll be okay now on. Alice is great!
Funny thing since I eat the things I say I never feel hungry yet it is very little in terms of amount. I read that obese people can be malnourished as they keep eating but their body is not getting the nutrients it needs.
if your body has all it needs you don't feel hungry.
I needed to do something as my depression was killing me. Diet alone can improve your life so much.
In all I consume about eight or nine things a day. Acv and lemon water. Fruit. Nuts and seeds. Eggs. Cod liver oil. Spirulina. Olive oil. Veg.
I feel so good and wake up happy. I now see things so clearly. Before I was submerged in miserable feelings for many years.
It has only been two months and I feel so much better.

can i just add many months later that by consuming about ten foodstuffs every single day i feel much better i am more toned and stronger and personal ailments have gone away completely. i used to have eczema and bad dandruff itchy scalp all gone completely. i used to feel terrible waking up now i sleep better and feel fine. i used to get constant migraines leaving me in a dark room for hours to lie down and lie in pain. i have not had one for a few months now. i've lost five stone in weight mainly around my gut area.
i can tell you the ten or so things i eat every day and most of these things are not meals just rather supplements i swallow each day.
acv and lemon juice, i use real squeezed lemon. spirulina and chorella tablet. eggs 3 a day, olive oil a small mouth full each day on empty stomach. mixed nuts and seeds a handful a day. blueberries a handful each day. kefir a swig of it, a small bit of dark chocolate, a melatonin tablet at night, a gaba tablet after exercise to build muscle and lose fat. cod liver oil capsule. i also nearly completely cut out sugar. no canned drinks and just a bit of honey in my coffees instead. too much sugar messes up the system badly.
thats about it. i still eat dinners of what i fancy these are supplements as opposed to meals as they are very little in terms of amount but so good for you.
if anyone is reading this feeling blue i'd say try it. give in 3-6 months and seehow you feel so much better.
get your nutrients from good foods as vitamin tablets can cause cancer and you should get vitamins from good foods. so many ailments can clear up if your nutrition is great.
stop smoking too, nearly every person i have ever known who smokes was also on anti depressants too. smoking causes depression and its a constant withdrawl top up withdrawal top up. it shrinks the arteries so you cant exercise at all and it fills each of your body cells with cyanide and other sick chemicals. after you quit for a few months you will think "why the f***k did i ever smoke." i quit using patches and it was quite easy with patches. i had two full strength patches on each day for about ten days then i started to notice i hadn't put a patch on and it didn't matter. it worked easily the patches but the chewing gum and inhaler didn't help me a single bit. i quit after many attempts. the patches made it quite easy. without them i simply felt too sick to quit. but i would tell everyone to quit smoking. replace it with a new fitness regime like really challenge yourself. go all in on health and you will truly feel better quickly and it is enjoyable to get really healthy.
if you do enjoy a drink i tell you that when you are really healthy you will get much more pleasure from a few glasses of wine or beer then you ever did when unhealthy. the sensations of the alcohol will be much nicer when you are healthy.
i tell you i feel so much better due to these foods each day. most of all my depression is not as terrible as it was. i used to eat relatively healthy but not to an extent like i do now. my skin is clearer everyone says and i can deal with stress better.
          just wanted to share that.

I am finding it hard to lose weight. It is sugar for me not too much food. I love red bull and coke and love cookies ad cakes too much. But my blood pressure is too high and i can get winded easily. I am making permanent changes to my diet thst i can sustain so i dont just revert back to too much soda and cakes. Sugar is like a drug as i wake up really craving a sugary coffee like feel low until i have some sugar. But i need to lose weight as i could have a stroke if im not careful.
Nathan, congratulations on educating yourself about nutrition, which you are learning has many levels and is an endless, pleasant journey. Our bodies are wonderfully designed. Learn to view food in its power to push you or bring you down; it has drug-like effects on your body despite its classification as "sustenance/fuel". Very true about coffee, very true about sugar. Insulin is a powerful thing as its release is triggered by certain foods and the effect it has in both the short and long term. Perhaps look into insulin management. Another strategy that I've come to greatly value is intermittent fasting. Its something we all sort of do by default, as children, however fuel timing is almost as important, I've learned, as the nutrition itself, especially as we age. Its a thrust that you knind of have to develop a stamina for; a discipline that when applied, can work wonders in the short term. Check out Thomas DeLauer on YouTube. He's a wizard when it comes to intermittent fasting, correcting insulin problems and nutrition strategies when you break-fast (during intermittent fasting) to get the most fat-loss and energy benefits.

yes i forgot to write that. I do fast most days just eat one meal a day. I learned about intermittent fasting about 8 months ago too. It can increase hgh massively. I must say I feel so much better day by day. I am watching him now thanks for showing me this guy. I think as a kid if we didn't have a book we had no way of learning this stuff but now with the internet we have no excuses to live a healthy life. This guy is great thanks!

can i just add to what i said. both men and women can get huge benefits to increasing human growth hormone in the body. i do about 7 of the eight recommendations to increase hgh such as sleep better at night, take melatonin, take gaba tablets which increase hgh fast. i also cut right down on sugar which is the leading cause of low hgh and some studies show sugar causes cancer. i also fast for large parts of the day to enjoy one big meal around 8pm. all of these things ive been doing for eight months which up to then i didn't do any of these things. i am currently too out of shape to run or jog or do aerobic exercise at all so i do some weight lifting at home each day and what increases hgh hugely? that's right weight lifting does.
weight lifting helps me lose weight much faster then aerobic exercise ever will. weight lifting uses up many calories and helps bone density, blood flow and hormone regulation. so as i cannot run i do some weights each day. i hope if i can help anyone reading this who feel like me or find themselves in the same boat as me.

hgh is nothing at all to do with steroids. i thought that at first but it is not at all. i know nothing about steroids and wouldn't ever want to. hgh is something that all humans need to grow and replenish and remain vibrant. low levels of hgh can cause depression, erectile dysfunction, anxiety and generally rubbish life. so increasing it especially as we get older can lead to much happier states of mind and stronger, vibrant feelings.
i am so glad i lost 5 stone in eight months. it got easier as the weeks passed.

Gotta do what makes you happy. When the Great Nash feels 99% instead of 100%, he opens up JustEat, orders Kebab meat (large) chilli sauce, and chips, along with 4 cans, waits for his order, puts on Netflix, eats, drinks, and remembers, that he is The Great Nash. Nash out

Nash genuinely gets donor kebab, it refills Nash's inner grease cells. Sometimes Nash will get the mixed kebab though, so bit of everything, Always goes down nice with 4 beers and some shows/movie, just relax and get out of life's pressure cooker. Nash out
