        Bernard McCullough certainly has enough money to manage a fighter, but the knowledge needed to train a fighter?

        That takes many years of working with and around other people with real knowledge.

        Very rare these days and becoming even more scarce as the years pass on................Rockin'

              The best thing to make you feel look active and younger by yoga. Yoga is the best exercise for antiaging and also it keeps you active and fresh. I’ll suggest some moves which give you more freshness like improving balance and enhancing flexibility. Do proper breathing techniques. And also the bridges. ​
