Not exactly sure what he's doing in this pic...maybe bicep curls? What do you guys think?

An isometric hold for the abs, maybe?

Is it going around his head? Maybe neck exercises.

Whatever he's doing idk that its gonna help him. He's been washed in MMA. I don't see him coming into pro boxing suddenly renewed for his 3rd pro fight after a decade out of the ring or w/e its been.

I don't think it's anything more than a one off exhibition and whatever money he's getting for this. Don't forget, Jr is more than capable of showing up completely unprepared and out of shape...as well as high as a kite.

Have you seen Anderson fight as of late? He's 46yrs old. He's won 1 MMA fight in the last 7 years. And this is an entirely new sport for him outside of his 1-1 record over a decade ago. Jr could show up out of shape, high & with a bowl of Fruit Loops he's eating during his ring walk & he's winning this fight.

But even with the fights he lost his energy output was at a level that I don't see Jr capable of...not to mention they were all against fighters who were at a much higher level than Jr. in their respective sports. Jr has only won 2 fights in the last 4 years against complete bums. Truth of the matter is in the last 7 years Jr's only notable win was against Brian Vera 7 years ago.

Well he don't throw punches hardly either so I should hope his energy level is good. I just don't see any path to victory for Anderson to win this fight. He's not gonna throw enough punches to win rounds. He's very unlikely to KO Jr. Unless Jr has a nervous breakdown mid fight & quits, which is always a possibility with Jr lol, he's not losing this. Anderson is completely washed & trying a whole new sport after a 16 year gap & going 1-1 at the bum level. If you think Anderson is gonna win fair play & good luck. I just don't see it even if Jr is a fook up.

I don't think that's it. In the video the cable is going between his legs towards a pulley on the bottom of the machine.

In the pic the cable is going diagonally upwards towards the top of the machine.

You're right...high pully vs low pully. Good eye.
