    how to build explosive power

    i looked around on the internet and found some tips on building explosive power
    kelly pavlik hits an old heavy bag with a baseball bat,flips truck tiers and hits them with a hammer
    carl froch does
    50 pressups with 40 second rest
    40 pressups 30 second rest
    30 pressups 20 second rest
    20 pushups 10 second rest
    then 10 clap pushups
    if you lift weights do so in explosive movements and do some floor to ceiling/speed bag after

    im going to avoid these workouts so i dont end up like a stick like him

        Amazing. You guys criticize fighters who are too muscle bound because they lift weights, but when a guy is skinny or too lean he's a stick.

        What is the standard?

        There is so much ignorance in this section it's unbelievable.
