              how are you doing now, quick? u ok bro?


              firstly, 8 glasses of water is now seen as too much. actually drinking too much water has negative effects.
              did you need more rest? or better quality rest? there are highs and lows in every person's life. you have to be able to know yourself man. you, as an athlete, should be able to feel changes in your body that mostly all non-training or non-pro athletes dont feel. me, i train for several hours a day. i know what is wrong with my bidy if anything is wrong.

              if not, go to see a doc and have bloodwork done, and check out a highly qualified traditional chinese medicine specialist too. the traditional cats will look at everything and notice things a regular doc may not. but both should be sought out.

              this is your health, it is important to get diagnosd at every angle and view.

              how are you now? hope u get better fast bro!

                damn 3 hours a day!! wowsers!! i go back to the gym on thursday for the first time so ill see how i do then i might not spar till i get back in shape i dont know. i dont want to get embarrased lol. but as far as rest my sleeping patterns are all ****ed up homey. and i dont weat as many times a day as i should. what kinda of doc should i go see a sports doc. my regular doc is cool but i have to tell him what to check for half the time also j do u take anything? like protien vitamins or anything. i need to get back to cycling my vitamins. i used to take vitamin E and C for my asthma and that **** worked wonders. man i wanna meet up with you when i get my car fixed man so u can train me in some ****. pm me bro so we can holla
