which is the best way for losing the BEER fat??

    dlh rolled with a 4 pack for awhile and did ok

    just kidding...

    eat wheat products, space out your meals (eat 6 small meals during the day) , train daily, that will naturally bring the weight off of you...you just have to train hard...

        just drink beer and eat nothing else, the beer calories will sustain you and you won't get fat. Most alcoholics are actually really skinny if you've ever noticed that. It's the guys that eat when they get drunk that get tubby. Do hanging crunches in sets of 40 or more till you can't take it and suck in when you contract, the weight will melt away after a few weeks.

          SO WRONG. Every time some says they wanna get rid of their gut, people say do crunches or what not. That is worthless. You have to burn that fat off by simply RUNNING. Stick to running everyday or every other day and do your crunches after running or on your workout days.

            yes thank you!!! one friend of mine just told me that.... it seems like eat tons of charboidrates .. i have never pay attention to this... now that im starting to look for those low carb meals.. im like what tha fuc k.. im gonna starve to death..

            yes.... right now i just started @ the gym last week.. and im only running doing cardio and crunches.....





            im putting my self in a test for this month.....

              is it true that if you wrap your stomatch with that.. u will sweat more.. and because of that u will do better or accelerate the process or what??

                Here's my advise: switch to medalla or coors light and when you drink your rum and coke do it with diet coke.

                  you dont have to use saran wrap they make waist wraps at k-mart if you see sauna suits and exercise balls your in the right area. I tried that for a while didnt really notice a diffrence in fat though i did feel more tired after biking or running with it on than if i wasnt wearing it.

                  did make me sweat alot. like a waterfall running down my back

                      well im going to kmart today to see if i can find something like that... i know that the best way to get rid of this is by doing cardio.... low the carbs.. and of course.... stop drinking atleast while i get to the point where i want 2


                      4 to 5 years ago... i use to play like3-4 hours of basketball every single day!!!!

                      those were good days.. i could have eat whatever.. drink whatever.. and it wouldnt do ****... now.. is different...

                      i guess is because the metabolism slow while u get older
