    I live in Texas and this summer its gotten to 104 F. and in the gym it was like 115 F.

    2 hrs before the gym drink a lot of water
    1 hr before the gym drink a lot of water

    workout w/ no shirt
    poor cool water on your self
    convince your gym to buy a couple of fans

      stay cool cause you can get a heat stroke and die

        the most important thing is to drink water, but don't do it to quick
