how much food are you actually eating in those 5 meals per meal? if you arent eating enough food per meal then no duh your going to get hungry. the whole point of spreading out your meals 3-4 hours apart is so that you dont go hungry. once you go hungry then its too late. the food you eat should be more then enough to last you 3-4 hours and if you plan to workout then up the protein and carbs a little in the meal before. if you actually want a snack after your last meal then just have a servering (2 big spoons) of low fat cottage cheese and a slice of whole wheat bread and thatll definitely get you through the night. cottage cheese has caisen which digests slow so you wont burn through it quickly by the time you get to bed or even during your sleep which is great so you dont keep in empty calories from digesting that food too fast.

I hadn't been back to my boxing gym in almost a year, I would pig out on junk everyday after work and still not really gain anything.. strange how that works lol.. I dont know where it all goes tbh?!

that's total nonsense. Show me one athlete who trains like the top pound for pound guys in boxing but still has a weight problem. Food is fuel.
