    I'm CONSTANTLY HUNGRY!!!! Anyone HELP???

    I spread my meals and all that out too.

    I eat bout 5 meals a day but i feel hungry at weird times. MOSTLY during the night.

    Like for eg watching tv i'll get hungry.

    Doing some work at night i get hungry.

    And obviously wen u get hungry you really do not wana eat healthy so ill munch on some oreo's or chips or drink some hot chocolate stuff like that.

    Anyone know to block the night hunger thing out?????

    do you mean actual hunger, or you just want a snack?

    if you just want a snack, willpower should block it out

    if your actually hungry, i dont have a clue lol

      There is a difference between hunger and appetite. If you put yourself on a schedule and stick to it, your body will naturally develop a cycle of bio-chemical reactions. At mealtimes you will feel different than other times, and that will be hunger. These arbitrary urges (appetite) you currently enduring have nothing to do with the body's cyclic patterns nor any need for nourishment.

      You will have to force yourself into a healthier lifestyle.

              When i wasn't training I could eat whatever I wanted, lots of junk food and takeaway on a weekly basis without gaining any weight.. always been a skinny kid never really gained much weight even if I tryed.

              I hadn't been back to my boxing gym in almost a year, I would pig out on junk everyday after work and still not really gain anything.. strange how that works lol.. I dont know where it all goes tbh?!

                My advice is get more fiber into your diet. Since fiber doesn't digest, you will become fuller with less food. So eat more fiber and you wont get the urge to constantly eat.

                And at the same time you clean your intestines out.
