    Im 13 yrs old and love my junk food so i wanted to no a....

    i wanted to no if any1 has a daily when-to-eat plan.... for example like what to eat in the morning lunch dinner alll that... thanks alottt !
    btw im not some ****** kid who does boxing but sucks, im the junior olympic champ 1-0 lol

    Morning: eat good natural foods
    Afternoon: eat good natural foods
    Evening: eat good natural foods
    Snacks in between: eat goods natural foods

    also try to search the forum for some good info.

          Well youve still got a lot of growing left to do so you want to put good food in your body. Some junk food every now and then wont hurt but not every day.


          And if your school lunch program is anything like how mine was, you would be better off bringing your own lunch. Ours offered really ****ty food, greasy pizza and fries every day.

            Cut out the junk, and eat natural food like the first poster said. Couple portions of fruit daily, morning have a bowl of cereal, lunch have a healthy sandwhich or a healthy jacket potatoe, and have a healthy filling meal like your dinner. Plenty of water, cut out on the fizzy drinks. Healthy body, healthy mind my freind.
