I do boxing since 2 months and i also run, do stretching( weights, push ups, ...) and train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I did the maths to know how many time i train, and it make 23hours per week.
Those 3 last days i took a break cause i felt very, very tired, and i felt pain in both of my adductors.
How do you react to pain and how can you deal with being tired ? Do you take 1 day in the week to rest ?
