A former world champion as a instructor, about 4 other trainers there also. Also tons of new bags and a big gym to work in.

      $65 per month.

Gym is open monday-friday in the evening and a couple days per week in the afternoon (but I never go then because of work). Weekends we aren't open to the public, or even to most members, but a couple of the coahces come in with the more advanced people for some more 1-on-1 training.

my gym is FREE .. all i have to pay for is for the USA boxing passbook which is 35 dollars for the year.. there is no monthly fees they even have gloves and headgears and protectors... i got my own though anyways. on the wall it says:

"In this gym we supply everything but the balls" and its true..

the training is good.. they open 6 days a week.. and the trainers are really passionate about what they do.. the ref even told one trainer to calm down with the yelling during a golden gloves fight lol.. the head trianer is a old guy who knows his **** and has trained over 30 golden gloves champs since the 70s.. when you first get there he goes over the funda, mentals whit you .. they stress the fundamentals crazy.. you get pad work everyday, sparring whenever you want, and trainers that know there ****, there is no fitness classes there and everyone who trains there must compete

Yeah we have a ring, something like twenty heavybags, some free weights and stuff. We have a east european trainer from a former communist country i think. We have two national amateurchampions and a pro training there. The gym is open five or six days a week. It's not a big gym but i'am still amazed by the price difference.

thats why i love the Yonkers PAL .. cuz i was at two other gyms before and sometimes i got pissed at the trainers meanwhile i was paying 150-175 a month, and felt even sometimes like i was getting hustled.. tryna sell me gear and **** .. and not to buy off the net.. plus the trainers at the PAL are better

60$ a month here, thats in canadian dollars though, so like 50-55$ US.

Open 6 days a week, there are 4 trainers, there are always atleast 2 in the gym.
