    how does this breakfast sound ?

    Today i had 2 buttermilk pancakes with a bit of syrup, and a packet of apple cinnamon oatmeal ..

    keep in mind i'm running in the mornings, and training in the afternoons.. and i want to cut weight..

    i weigh 162 right now.. wanting to get down to 155.

      1 bowl of cereal, 1 banana, and vitamins.

      SO ****ING HUNGRY STILLF KSL:FJSDLFJKSD

      4 hours later, 1/2 bowl of spaghetti and an apple.

        When i eat pancakes. I make my own. I just get the healthiest mix at my local grocerry store and i add a protein mix w/ it. I have all natural whey protein vallina so i cant even taste it.

            really whats so bad about them. They can be around 2-3 grams of fat and 100 cals each. Im guessing the carbs are whats so bad

              Yep, carbs and CALORIES. Those are killers. A 6inch around pancake can over over 150 calories. ONE. Not including syrup. I rarely eat them anymore even when not dieting.

                Its ok guys, its breakfast. For breakfast you can have pretty much whatever you want as long as you have a light lunch and dinner and work out hard in the evening.
