I used to be 165 and hit like a 100lb kid. After I trained my knees. I used weighted squats and did that machine where you kick and the weights go up my legs have been hard and solid. I can dig into my punches and now I hit so hard that I went down to 140 and 2 times I almost knocked out people that were heavier than me in sparring and around the same experience. They say I hit harder than most of the people they fought at their weights. I got a ****ing tko during my first fight too. I fought mma fighters once and they don't use the boxing stance and dig in and difference in power was so large even though the guy was heavier than me by alot. I know that the legs are what drives punches now
