What kind of nutrients/supplements remove muscle soreness?

      over time you will adapt and get less sore, however it aint much you can do about it.

      try light streching under hot shower.

      if your protein intake is low it might help encreasing it

        Plenty of fluids and an anti-inflammatory medicine ie Aleve or Advil, as mentioned.

        Massaging the sore muscles also helps to release some of the lactic acid in the affected muscle.

          doesn't pottasium help w/ being sore?????????????

          I eat a banana 20 mins b4 i work out then i stretch 5 mins b4 i work out. I never really feel sore

              True. But you dont always have time to let the body recover on its own, cuz that can take up to 3 or more days.

                theres nothing that will do away with muscle soreness except getting used to what your doing. supplements, stretching, nutrition and rest will HELP but you just have to get used to it.

                  Glutamine is worthless for recovery. Get a BCAA or EAA supplement, and drink it during your workout. That will help with endurance also.

                      After proper rest try some walnuts, and almonds, and see if that helps.
