                Holy crap internet folk argue alot. Weights=fine....Bodyweight Exercise=fine.

                Bodyweight exercises are more convenient because you need no equipment. Another advantageof bodyweight exercises is people will generally know if they can do something or not such as a pistol. When it comes to weights theres usually some confusion how much weight they can definitely handle.

                Weights have the advantage of being relatively simple and easy to learn. You can also make adjustments to the amount of weight and be exact.
