well many theories state that doing weights at a young age can cause muscle stunt because when you lift a weight the muscle compacts and gets bigger some theories state that the compaction stays permant some state that the body thinks the muscles are fully grown so dnt need to grow no more i dont really understand it i need to look more into it

Try and stick to body weight exercises, and don't do heavy weights such as squats, deadlifts, clean and jerk.
Press ups, pull ups, dips, and bodyweight squats should be good.
