The problem is the training is exactly based on Cuban training. Before you start you need to stand in a line, tallest to shortest, while the two coaches give a motivational speech for about 20 + mins, then the boxers say something I cant quite catch and clap their hands, like in the cuban documentary.

The training is quite good but it works out to 2.5 hrs because at the finish, we have to stand in a line and get another 20 + minutes or more motivational speech about giving your all, making sacrifices etc. Unfortunately I like to go to the gym, train hard for about 1hr 20-30 mins and then get the hell out.

It was a fairly intensive experience me being the only gringo and interesting but they train 6 days a week so thats about 4 hrs + just standing in a line listening to the coaches speeches!

Just have to see if a can put up with it a couple times a week to get the sparring and train at my other gym the rest of the time where I can do my own thing.
      What cuban documentary?
