    5lb protein in 3 days

    I am a sick man....I almost feel ashamed of myself....I picked up (2) 5 lb jugs of Muscle Milk Chocolate caramel swirl....This stuff should be illegal, it tastes like liquid cake.....Anyways, I threw caution to the wind and have consumed the first 5 lb jug in 3 days....I am currently working on completing the second by Saturday....I will keep everyone posted through out this experience...

      The sugar and saturated fat seems a bit high for my liking, and if you're mixing it in milk they'll be even higher.

      Maybe I'm paying too much attention to that, as when bulking previously I didn't have as clean a diet as I should've done and ended up putting on more fat than I wanted.

      Have you tried the banana creme one? I haven't but always used to love banana flavour protein shake. You are making me wanna try chocolate caramel swirl though

        I just finished my bottle of isopure whey and was wondering how does the muscle milk compare?! Ive heard this stuff taste really good and i thought the isopure wasnt too bad.. Do you drink it before or after your work out? Any noticeable gains from this?

          It's good, I am currently using it too and it's damn good. Blows away other protein powders that I got.

            i hope you know that excess protein is stored as fat. so if your gonna take that much you should be lifting like you life depends on it

                  I just began taking gmc wheybolic extreme 60 protein shakes. Its 60 g per 12 oz shake with water. Taste great to. I drink a 20g protein shake 30 miinutes before I lift and workout and then drink the 60 g about 15 minutes after I workout. I think drink another 20 g shake before I go to bed. I put on 5 pounds in 3 days as well.

                    This is not a high quality protein compared to wheybolic 60 or especially Isopure.....This is me falling off the wagon....I have stopped eating breads and pastas, my only source of carbs are vegetables and fruits, minus the sugar in the Muscle milk...

                    I broke into the second jug and I am giving myself until saturday to finish it. If all goes well I will have consumed 10lbs of protein in 7 days....
