    How often do you lot train in the boxing gym?

    So for the next few months i'm on a small loan and got to pay per session rates rather than a monthly membership. Taking all of this account, I reckon I can only afford 2 sessions a week and the odd 1 on 1 session. I own plenty of exercise equipment;

    80 kgs of weights/barbell/ 2 x dumbell
    Bullworker
    Stretch band
    Speed rope

    and obviously everyone can do bodyweight, coreweight and running exercises.

    Reckon it'll be suffice to train in the actual gym 2 x a week and then exercise 2/3 times a week?

    yes probably if youre not looking to get into competition too seriously

      It's only a short term thing, say 2 months. I think I should be ok because about half of the trainings are fitness anyway, i'm just going to have to study technique more, really take what they say in the sessions in and see how things go I guess.

        i train monay to friday in the boxing and gym and on friday or even saturday nighs i push weights

          Due to work and other commitmnets I only get to train 2-3 times a week in the gym. I do my roadwork on all the other days. I haven't done too badly off it. I'm now having my first fight after a year of training 2-3 times a week.

            im a student and going in to exam period so i do 3 boxing sessions a week, plus a gym work out and sport
            in september im going to do 4 boxing sessions a week

              I run after work mon tue, thurs, friday

              then go training 5 nights a week. Skills work and sparring monday and friday, heavy fitness training tues,wed,thurs

                my boxing gym is only open 3 sessions a week so i go to them

                  For the last 2 weeks I've been training 7 days a week.. pads everyday and then it varies from there.

                  But I want to fight so if your not looking to fight.. maybe don't have to do as much as me.

                  But if you want to go to competition .. the more the better. if done correctly that is.
