    need to lose 40 lbs. have 3 to the end of the year im free till 4:00pm to 9:00pm

    i'm 5'10 and weigh 202 but i need help getting to middel weight got any tips

    Set yourself a small, short term goal ie. aim to lose a certain amount over the next 14 days. After that set yourself another one. This is better than just having one big goal.

    As for the rest, same as everyone else: exercise and eat right. Once you start doing that you will start to see results before long.

    Try to get at least some exercise most days. Cycling works for me but it doesn't suit everyone. Try this exercise plan: //krikya360.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=172850

      Im in the same category 5'11 212 and need to get down to 178, i dont workout that much maybe once amonth because of bad shoulders, but i do work at fedex which is a 3 hour sweat-fest... so my advice is get a job that allows you to sweat!

        Ruuuuuuuuuuuuuun!!

        Run all the time. Do two different types of run - a steady distanced jog and on other days or maybe on the same day (one in the morn, other in the afternoon) go for sprints.

        I don't know what country you're in...but I'm in England, i go to the park and sprint up the long side of a soccer pitch and jog round the other 3 sides. Then repeat..

        If you're an American, perhaps a basketball court? I don't know..it's upto you.

          yeah i live by a park in england, so i just run round the park (normally 8-10 laps) with each lap at about 700m. but then again ive always been quite a good long distance runner. i do:
          1 lap jog
          2 laps running
          1/2 lap sprint 1/2 lap walk
          and repeat
          its sort of like fartlek training, look it up if you dont know what it is
