im sore as hell, i can barely walk. Ive been doing some intense training at my gym. I went today limpin in because my ***in legs are so sore and my trainer told me to go home. He gave me a couple dollars and told me to by some epsom salt and take a bath in it. I did and it feels good while your in it but as soon as i got out i felt like **** again. Anyone know any ways to help out sore muscles, its mainly my calves, thighs, and stomach. Is taking a bath in ice cold water a way?
By the way, ive been training with Ray Oliviera, its easy to see now how that guy threw so many ***in punches and had that stamina. He TORTURES you in training. I was literally pinned on the ground being held while he slammed a medice ball againsty my stomach.
