OMG U LOSE BRAIN CELLS DOING ANYTHING LOL U LOSE THEM ALL THE TIME! The only way u wil get brain damage is depending on your style of fighting if u dont want to get hit then be defensive and move ur head alot and counter punch its as simple as that.

boxing4ever youre an idiot. either way, i read somewhere that 87% of pros have some sort of brain damage when they retire. do you know how much they probably go through that you cant notice? most of them probably get horrible headaches, migraines etc. lots of other things they probbaly take medication for because of a pro boxing career.
