best tinned tuna is Princes Tuna in Spring Water. It stays fresher longer too so I don't know why they invented nasty brine!
        TUNA AND CHEESE WHOLEMEAL TOASTIE

In a George Foreman grill or toastie maker add:

        two slices of stoneground bread
two slices of organic cultured cheese
a tin of seived tuna in the middle

3-4 minutes with the top down, and then Bon Apetit!

i don't try this myself but a guy that goes to my gym eats oatmeal mixed with tuna. it doesn't sound too yummy to me but nutritionally, it sounds very beneficial.

i think he just heats up oatmeal with water, then adds the tuna after that. i don't think he adds cheese or honey.

tuna casserole with vegies... pick the right ones and put cheese in and you hardly taste the tuna

Weird! I know a few people who like doing weird combos including fish fingers dipped in custard!

Another easy tuna recipe is to get a crisp mixed salad in a bag, mix some EV olive oil with apple cider vinegar to make a vinegarette. Put tuna and salad in a bowl and toss. Dress with vinegarette. Voila! Bon Appetit.
