    canned tuna recipes

    any good recipes for canned tuna so it isnt so boring to eat?

    Good topic! i could use with some, I generally make Tuna Salads or mix it in with pasta

          stick loads of salad cream with it, unfortunately it then ceases to be healthy!

          itactually tastes good in a sandwich with melted cheese

            Canned tuna is good on baked yams. Seriously. I didn't believe it either until I tried it.

            Also, you can make a sandwich substituting a little olive oil and some pepper for mayo. Then add your lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.

                add 2 tins to some cooked wholewheat pasta an onion ..tin of baked beans some chilli powder and then bake in the oven..i have this post training

                  try the Clover Leaf flavored tuna, theres like 5 or 6 kinds.and it comes in snack size.
                  u can mix it with pasta, rice, or great by itself . cost like 99 cents each one.

                  I hated Tuna but always wanted to like it because it is very good for you. I found this and wow...they are actually very good

                    I just throw it in a bowl with some mustard and pepper and eat it. I use to make sandwhiches with it but i cut down on my carbs. Its also good in a salad
