    i know its unhealthy but i got to make the weight.. plese help!

    i got exactly 2 weeks to make weight for a fight in the gloves..im 161 now and i got to lose 17 pounds to make 144 .. i know itll be unhealthy but is there any way to do it? any way at all.. also will a sauna suit help? and if so shuld i wear clothes under the suit?? plese answer both questions. help much needed. thanks.

      You have to work out with no food or water, drink white wine maybe to dehydrate.

        a colon cleanse will help u also, u can clean out the mudslide in your bowels. that'd be worth about 3, maybe 5 lbs of weight and when it's gone u'll feel better. it's just ****, no reason to hold onto it

                    Anyway, as for cutting that weight. 2 weeks is a long time to spend dehydrated... save that for the final few days. You're gonna have to starve your self terribly.. you sure you're goin to be alright to fight in that state?! Its gonna kill you.
