Workout really hard and do a little extra than you'd normally do. Drink lots of water. And in using the sauna suit. Do it. Wear sweat pants and a long sleeve shirt under your suit. The last couple days only drink a few cups of water. And the day before don't drink anything or eat anything. You'll most likely be tired or get fatigued quickly during your fight. But if you do it right you can make weight.
