hey everyone. just recently bought a 150lb heavy bag and started practicing on it this week. I have no boxing experience, but I"m doing it as a way to stay in shape and just have fun.
I notice when I hit it, alot of times my wrists hurt when I hit the bag too hard. I dont know if this is normal, or if maybe I'm punching it wrong? Any tips would be helpful, thanks!
