If Tyson Fury loses in a tune up to a literal bum, they get the Ring title...

Apparently you also forgot about the various threads on here talking about Horn being lineal.

Bottom line: Spence/Pacquiao will happen, the winner of The Ring title will be RECOGNIZED as the lineal champion, just like Tyson Fury. Everyone has to accept that and stop denying it because they hate Spence.

Wow Pacquiao at the age of 62 still in the conversation. He is an alien.

I get it, guys. The thought of Errol Spence becoming lineal scares you. Manny could still pull it out, stop freaking.
It’s seriously alarming that supposed hardcore fans such as yourself still don’t understand the lineal system

The RING is its own championship. It’s a form of lineal system, but different to the lineal championship.

They used to be the same thing. However, the RING changed its rules a long time ago, potentially allowing for rank 2 vs rank 5 to be eligible for the vacant RING title. This is a huge difference to the lineal title, which requires rank 1 vs rank 2 exclusively

The problem is, you and everyone else is ignoring the important word in what I'm saying.

                RECOGNIZED.

As far as The Ring, I literally linked and quoted to where they are okay with 1 vs 2 or 1 vs 3.

You're going off of old information (FANDOM.com) that was true in 2012 - BEFORE Manny fought Floyd.

I linked directly to Ring's website with the current information, which makes zero reference to any level other than 1, 2, and 3.

1 vs 2 will NOT happen before 1 vs 3 in this case.

That means, if Spence and Manny tangle, The Ring will be up.

If one wins, that person will be RECOGNIZED as lineal champion.

That's the way it's always been. You're not "crowned" lineal in any match. You're RECOGNIZED as lineal by winning The Ring title.

Think about it. If what you're saying is true, Jeff Horn is a one-time lineal champion because he beat the lineal champion (when Manny beat Bradley) when he was #5 ranked.

Which we know to be false, thus what you're saying cannot be true!

It's almost like people forgot that Danny Garcia became lineal at 140 by beating Amir Khan who had The Ring title.

What I am telling you is Manny has never held the ring title at 147
