Good fight. Spence looked good, you wouldn't know he'd been in that accident judging from his performance.

Danny looked capable, landed some good body shots, I don't know where his left hook was tonight since he was 90% right hands (the left hook is a great shot against southpaws too) and it was frustrating to see the fire he had in the last ten seconds of the fight compared to the rest of it... but all in all a solid fight.

Hopefully we're closer to Spence-Crawford now.

He was never really in position to throw the left hook the way he likes to throw it. It's normally thrown as a counter and Danny has a bad habit of waiting for a perfect counter that may not come. Also, Spence took it away from him with his angles and jab. If Danny was more dynamic and had a lead left hook or was quicker if foot and hand, he may have been able to get in position to get it off.

I couldn't enjoy the fight cuz I was pissed off that Chivas lost but from what I saw I think Spence is the same beast he was pre car accident, but he was def rusty. DG actually tagged him with some good shots

Spence did pretty good in the first half of the fight but got tired after 8. During the 6th I thought he was going to stop Danny if he kept doing what he was doing and tried to stop him but he didn't look like he had the focus or the stamina late. Could be the long layoff or that weight cut has taken its toll on him. We'll see in his next fight, hopefully against Crawford.

Danny showed why he's a top contender in spots skillwise but he didn't have the mentality needed to win, you need to be willing to walk through the fire at that level at such hzge physical disadvantages, if Dann threw that combo he threw in the last 10 seconds consistently somewhere in the 9th or 10th when Spence was tired, things could've ended up differently.Also 1 big tactical error he's made was not countering and throwing in combos. Errol is prepared for the 1st punch, but not for the 2nd or 3rd. Combination punching is a lost art but it's essential.

Unofficially. Besides anyone with common sense seen Spence controlling the fight and landing the more telling blows. I share the opinion of lots of other posters that believed Danny may have been stopped by Spence's body shots(they hurt me listening to them). Spence was never in any real danger of anything. Clear 8-4.

Just spoke to of MP Promotions. He said Senator said he was impressed and thought Spence look good. Still has the fire to fight in 2021 and would like to take on Spence.

pac was struggling to deal with Jeff Horns pressure. The only reason he looked good he damaged goods Thurman or broner is because they’re passive. Spence and Crawford aren’t, they’re high volume offense. Old pac won’t be able to keep up. He’d get put in the dirt.
