... and "a Mexican or any man of color attempts to sue white guys"... but he's right: Canelo is "a man of color"... pink color...

Most people would rightly be confused to the LLC citizenship reference, especially because both residents and non-residents (aliens) can form an LLC in america.

In regards to the actual article, I would be astonished if Canelo's lawyers did this on purpose, they're lucky it wasn't dismissed on the spot.

However for anyone actually reading the whole article, the detail is right there in the open. They're taking 2 companies to court for contract breach, on a contract they've never seen....good luck with that

                a) Not a good look for Canelo's chances when the lawyers he hires can't even file the lawsuit properly.

                b) Canelo's laywers have never seen the contract he's referencing in the lawsuit.

                c) Delahoya saying his promoter contract with Canelo which Canelo's team clearly has includes a arbitration clause for any disputes. Meaning this needs to go through arbitration before any lawsuits.

This lawsuit is poorly written throwing a lot against the wall hoping anything sticks.

****** attorneys should be fired immediately you can't continue with that representation you already know it's a bad sign incompetent council. They just took Canelos money like Golden boy and Dazn are doing.

With most business degrees you must have a semester of business law. Outside of that, of course it was condescending and it was meant to be. It’s hard in today’s technological age to not clearly find sufficient information in order to draw logical conclusions concerning just about any topic. I’m not saying you’ll become an expert however you’d have to be awfully damned lazy to not have a basic understanding after a simple Google search. You are exactly right about the article though. It does make it pretty clear about what is going on.
