I get you’re upset that DAZN is struggling right now but you shouldn’t vent that frustration through racial stereotypes and resentment of black success.
It’s posts like these that make people conclude you’re a vile racist.
Really dude this post has nothing to do with the thread topic in any way.
I found a couple of posts funny and you get so mad that you post “thug life fans” and suggest the only people that support Haymon are felons and black men that beat women.
Come on man. This is pathetic even for you.
Nothing racist what I said. You frequent the General Lounge section with thousands opinions and statements for what we would call politically incorrect. From building walls, “good riddance,” criminals, “he deserved it,” “shouldn’t have been resisting arrest,” another “antifa” this, those “white supremacists.” Etc etc.
The reality is that most people despise narcotic boasting, prison life, rap music, the “streets,” thug life...
So Haymon is a genius to exploit wanna be thugs under his roster because unfortunately in the USA there’s a following for this type of culture.
Tell me oh wise one, how come PBC shows always have 90% rap music in the venue? Coincidence? Does the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL... boast rap music 90% of the time on primetime broadcasts? No.
So like I said, LDBC types are horrid for boxing because they are race baiting-victimhood cowards pointing fingers at stop signs that life sucks.
Get widdit!

This was all apart of the plan by Canelo, Round 1 was a feel out round where Canelo wanted to see what DAZN/Goldenboy will do with this filed!
Judges gave first round to DAZN/Goldenboy by default by Canelo intentionally feeling his opponent out!
Next round we’ll see things heat up, remember I predicted Canelo by TKO 6th round especially if DAZN don’t make a good counter on why they can’t put on an event!
Intelligent move by Canelo to see DAZN/Goldenboy’s counter and then he’ll adjust from there!

I like real black music is Ella Fitzgerald, James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Louis Armstrong, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Bob Marley...
Rap music is trash. It was systemically designed and exploited because new generations gravitated to that imagery that the music scene knew they could profit off of it. PBC shows have all that nonsensical junk. You don’t hear any songs in PBC broadcasts for the artists I mentioned. All other sports you do hear them.

If you, an individual, sue a business for something, your lawyers are on the hook for fully identifying and specifying not only where whatever issue took place, but also where they operate. This is because the laws are different from state to state in the US and definitely different overseas. That leads to conflicting interpretations.
For LLC specifically, the LLC doesn't really "exist" at a federal level. You have to consider where the members are based out of (citizenship).
It's extremely difficult to sue this many separate parties in one round for this reason. But he almost had to, because he doesn't really know where the root of the problem is and ultimately all of them are involved somehow.
To me this reads as if his lawyers were trying to just get something on record for a different lawsuit to come.
