The original question was directed at someone else who has been insisting for years that Canelo is much smaller than Golovkin. He didn't redpond. Since you responded with the correct answer I agree. Canelo is just as big as Golovkin and has been for quite a while. I have no problem with Golovkin and Canelo fighting at 168.

Pay the money, the fighters will fight. It's What comes with the territory of a cash king/cow. Until everyone finds middle grounds then it will continue.. people call it ducking, people call it being smart, people just say take the money and look for the pot of gold after....

Ultimately, these guys with half decent records make decent money fighting each other. Canelo is the bonus bank account money. His huge contract could be the best and worst thing that happened to him...
It’s weird, the previous cash cow never had that issue. Floyd was out here paying guys showtime championship boxing money and they were taking the fights with zero hesitation. I wonder what’s changed...

        however

"golovkin dont have to leave that weight class"

        and

"lara should get in line at 160"

You think he’s the same size since 2018?

... something like this (but no beef eating)...
... and Canelo may call out some top welters at a CW of 167 1/2, or some top cruisers at 180 3/54...

I'm not going to argue against that. He's aged and not as sharp.

Canelo and GGG will fight in 2021. That is for sure. But it doesn`t make any sense, it is just about the money.
