...I just watched the Lennox/Briggs fight again and got a strong reminder of how ****ing fast Briggs hands are. I do believe Lennox was off his game. I forgot that Lennox did the left hand behind the head while pulling the opponent in to punch him move in that fight. One of these days I'm going to put together a 3 minute clip of all the times he held opponents by the back of the head with his left hand while pulling them into his right. Still, Wlad is faster than Briggs and has a better chin than Lennox.

....Lennox got one punch KO'd a couple of times. Wlad got up when he got dropped and kept fighting on and has never been taken out with one punch. Plus, Lennox was rocked and hurt many many times in his career.

I know that but that was just because he got caught slippin with ver clean one punch KO shots.......He has also taken blows from some big hitter like Briggs,VK,Tua and Grant and I am sure their are others I am forgetting.

Any fighter is rocked and hurt many times in HW. Say what you will, I still don't know how he survived that 2nd round against Vitali.

Toney looked very hittable against Rahman and I anticipate the same Toney to show up against Peter because frankly, I doubt Toney actually comes into 'better shape'. The Toney that beat Holyfield would school Peter, but the most recent Toney we saw will struggle mightily IMO. I think this fight will look much like the Rahman fight but with Peter coming out with a narrow UD.

I hope you're joking, Lennox just got caught out twice when he wasn't focused, Wlad just totally folds under pressure, take that Briggs fight, Wlad would have crumbled in Lewis' position, but Lennox composed himself, and i doubt he would have survived against the Ray Mercer Lewis faced. Lewis had a suspect chin, Wlad just has a china chin.

...His chin came into question in only one fight IMO. That was the Corrie Sanders fight. Two stamina issues, and Peter punched him in the back of the head for his knockdowns. Sanders nailed Wlad clean and he kept getting back up. Lennox would have been out cold from that exact same punch. Wlad does not have a china chin but if that helps with your agenda then go ahead believeing it.

I would really like to bet on Toney, but I have almost lost faith based on his poor conditioning. I hope he comes in prepared so I can bet on him when he fights for the title.
