UKAD had something else on Fury, something he couldn't deny because he admitted himself that it happened. After charging Tyson and Hughie, UKAD went to the Fury gym to test them again. Tyson Fury abused the UKAD team and refused to give them any more samples. So UKAD charged him with refusing to be tested, which carries an automatic 2 year suspension, as well as the original nandrolone charge.

UKAD did a deal with Fury to withdraw that second charge, in return for Team Fury dropping the law suite they started against UKAD for defamation, and accepting a backdated ban on the nandrolone charge without the case being heard by the National Anti-Doping Panel (NADP)

UKAD needed them to accept the backdated ban, and they needed the case not to be heard by the tribunal, so that they couldn't be sued over it at any time in the future.

There's a reason why UKAD repeatedly stalled and asked for postponements to prevent the evidence from going in front of the NAPD. They knew their case would have been thrown out, because the evidence they had didn't stack up. Why else would the NAPD have ordered them to lift their provisional suspension of the Fury's after looking at that evidence at an earlier hearing?

In light of new evidence released today, if only you knew how much in common you have with Wilder fanboys. Excuses, narrative spinning and leaning towards the least likely explanation, just because it favors the boxer you are a fanboy of. Im sure you have a bag of excuses to explain this bombshell away. Thats what fanboys do.

To think you are actually using Furys refusal to take a test and give further samples, as support for his innocence, says it all.

Also you said "UKAD charged him with refusing to be tested, which carries an automatic 2 year "

This is false. Not sure where you heard that. Ive heard up to 4 years, but never an automatic 2 year ban.

Couple of points here. First, I come from Preston and I know that farmer, not personally, but I've been in his farm shop and 2 of my mates used to work for him. He is as dodgy as **** and has been in the local news before. This statement from him is not new evidence, It's heresy from a known fantasies and publicity hunter.

Second, UKAD charge Fury for refusing to be tested and it does carry an automatic 2 year ban. The other 2 years would have been for abusing UAAD officials, which Fury admitted doing.

Please stop lying. Missing a test does not carry an automatic 2 year ban, but could lead to a 4 year ban.

The fact you even buy the boar excuse exposes your gullibility. The farmer claims he gave UKAD false evidence. UKAD, rather than dismissing it out of hand, are now investigating. Meaning, the farmer did, at the very least, give some form of evidence.

Meanwhile, Warren is stating Fury never even met the man haha. Maybe Fury is just as dodgy as the farmer you claim to know... Ever consider that as a possibility?

You sound like an orderly I know, the guy only got his job because the hospital needs a certain Quota of African Americans working on staff, thanks to ******* policies that have weakened our staff. Be thankful you have a job, even if it is by default.
