This is sad to see/read. Kenny was about to stop the fight anyway and if he would have made it to the next rounds it would have likely been a bad KO. You live to fight another day, just take time out and implement a strategy to win if your going to take the rematch and stop talking.

People need to realize that Wilder would of been no good anyway had the beating continued
And sorry to say but Wilder has never been in this kind of condition before so how can you justify that he could comeback from it
The fact he’s blaming everybody but his mother is already a sign of guilt imo
Honestly , his chances of a comeback were very little

Another excuse. They just keep coming.
The guy just isn't very smart. Do any of you really think someone this dumb at 34 can make the changes to his game to give himself a better chance to beat Fury?
He could get lucky in Fury 3 but that's it. Otherwise he is down for a hideous beating and if doesn't have anyone in his corner to look after him, that is dangerous.

This is boxing. Anything can happen at any moment. If the fighter is defenseless or his head rocked you stop the fight. Otherwise you let them go. We are paying to see Gladiators.
It was a heavyweight championship fight. One shot to Fury's jaw could change the whole direction. Fast. Wilder is a smart fighter. He will play possum. Then BAM!! You're on the mat. He was still fighting back with guard up!!
LET the man go out on his shield if that is his request. It's HIS blood, sweat and tears and LIFE in that title. It was HIS title to lose. Bayless was right on top of the action and he didn't stop it.
You saw his reaction when they stopped it. He was not " acting",like some fighters do. He believed he still had a chance. And though he had been beaten on,he was NOT a beaten man at that point.
Peace.

Got to agree with Wilder on the costume, he looked like his legs were never there fully.
But what kind of idiot walks to the ring in a 40lb suit before a boxing match? Fury was sitting in a chair for a reason...
I still think Fury will win the 3rd fight but Wilder did hurt Fury in this fight even. And he landed those rights from miles away. So he always has a good chance against Fury or anyone.

Wilder heads to strengthen his legs, tighten up his defence by hiring trainer ****m Richardson, and learn some dirty tactics himself. That’s how he’s going to get back to the winning column by reviewing both Joe Louis vs Max Schnelling fights, how Louis came back better after destruction
