Promoters figured out a long time ago that undercards don’t sell PPVs.

The Wilder vs Fury 2 undercard absolutely sucks

No real notable names on it but I think its full of good competitive fights.
Looks lackluster if just glancing over names/records but I think it requires a deeper look. Joe Santisima for example sure he hasn't fought anyone good and has 2 losses but he was like 16/17 in those fights, a mere boy. After watching a few of his fights Navarette might not want to look past him he looks quite dangerous albeit at a much lower level. This could well be a sleeper imo
He has no real head movement but there is a lot to like about Santisima.

By paying for this PPV people are saying to the promoters that it's ok to feed us that Wallin/Schwarz/Breazeale/Ortiz 2 crap for the last 15 months instead of giving us meaningful fights.
You have no issue paying to see a fighter you like, regardless of who the opponent is. Don't get mad when other people do the same

The undercard is what made me decide not to order this pay-per-view. It's just disrespectfully terrible. This is probably the worst one I've ever seen, except for the Floyd/Manny undercard, which was highlighted by Leo Santa Cruz vs. a literal cab driver.

PPV undercards are always ho hum. It's the exception going against the rule when there is a good one.
There's no good reason why a paying boxing fan shouldn't expect more value for money.
Especially if PBC is involved since they certainly have the roster for it.

This is like a pro wrestling squash match where a superstar beats a jobber like Iron Mike Sharpe or Barry Horowitz...except that the WWE would show those on free tv to entice people to buy a PPV.
In boxing they actually expect you to pay to watch the squash match.

Americans don't know how lucky they've got it. Us Brits have to be sat up til 4-5am watching that garbage undercard.
