Yet the fact is almost a year and a half since the fight in which most people who watched believe the past prime guy who wasn’t sh.it to begin with should have won , Screams of a insecure fanbase and just trying to convince themselves that their guy actually deserved the W.

It’s almost as bad as the guys who 3-4 years since he retired still make Mayweather threads sh.itting on him ,
To say Canelo “didn’t win” is like Frampton diehard fans saying “LSC never beat Frampton, really....”

GGG was fun to watch at first, but after noticing certain patterns and mannerism from him, I got off the hype train real fast. He is the most overrated fighter in recent memory. He convinced people to believe that he is avoided, but he avoids fights himself. He contradicts himself a lot. You all should feel disrespected as GGG fans that he constantly insults your intelligence. It's not hard to see through his BS if you have keen eyes, mind and ears.

I don't know, I think we're being overly dramatic here.

1- all the belts are my dream: I think it's understandable to be disheartened about collecting all the belts with all the political obstacles that come with this goal. At one point he was pretty close to achieving this, and that's when he would say that, but after losing his titles it seems he doesn't want to deal with it again and is looking to cash out. Not the worst thing to see from an older prize fighter who is obviously past his prime.

2- anyone from 154-168: This is a statement showing he was willing to make fights in all those weightclasses and probably believed he was the best fighter in all those weightclasses too. That was not a statement of: "I'm going to fight all the top guys at three weightclasses no matter what!" There's a difference. He was obviously looking to fight Mayweather at 154lbs and maybe JCC Jr. And Carl Froch at 168. Most fighters aren't even willing to do that, but people use it to bash him for not taking high risk fights in three weightclasses when most fighters don't take risky fights in the only weightclass they currently compete in.

3- Mexican style: I'm not even sure what to say, sure he has a tendency to back when his opponents march forward, but he also presses the action. It's not like he has started running away from his opponents and not engaging during fights.

However, once he got jobbed against Canelo and then the DAZN deal came along, internally he gave a big "f*** you" to the establishment, Abel Sanchez and started chasing that $$$$.

Why not? Make as much as you can as fast as you can.

If DAZN are willing throwing it at you for knocking out some B and C level fighters, go for it. God bless.
Nothing EVER changed with golovkin, he ducked & dodged people to get to Nelo & it worked with the media & weak fan bases help. He's STILL doing the SAME THING

Regardless, he's a great fighter and always fun to watch - I wish people would stop making it their agenda to discredit the dude. Lots of fighters have said lots of wishful thinking **** in the sports history, it doesn't diminish what they actually accomplished and how entertaining they were. Of course having said all that, I think some of the GGG die hards needs to just let the whole Canelo and Ward thing go.
Can't do that when the dude is very overrated by media & 97k g-tards

I mean everyone with 2 eyes saw him beat Canelo...twice really...don't see how anyone who knows how to score a fight doesn't give him those.

If the worst someone can say is that he had two very tough fights vs a prime Canelo...well I guess that's pretty good...and that would be a hater's perspective.
Nelo outboxed him in the 1st fight then beat the "Mexican Style" out of him in the 2nd fight.

Here, we have established that Golovkin achieved champion status in 2014. Therefore the intersection is substantially more than one month.

And this is to satisfy YOUR silly presumption that champion status is required for a Cotto fight.

Let me ask. What belt did Canelo being to the party to avoid being "put in the queue" as you put it?
                    you've lied.

"2014 and before" was the answer to when he wasnt champion. You've tried to use it as the answer to a different question, when was he champion taking a title in the ring.

You gambled that I would forget what I wrote earlier this week. Never do that with me again.

let me know sometime why you felt the need to lie.

take your time, you'll need it.
