When Wilder was genuinely chasing the AJ fight, Hearn was doing everything he could to use Whyte as a roadblock. This was before Whyte was any kind of mandatory, think he was #3 in the WBC rankings at the time. Wilder agreed to come over and work as an analyst for Sky Sports, hoping to hype the AJ fight. But what Hearn was trying to do was have a Whyte-Wilder confrontation, and have Whyte call Wilder out in the ring, etc. Just chithouse tactics. All the while in the media Hearn and AJ were claiming they wanted the Wilder fight. It is clear to anyone with any common sense that Hearn and AJ were trying to duck Wilder and have Whyte fight him first, whilst also making out like Wilder was the one ducking.
No where in that link did Hearn say Wilder had to fight Whyte, those comments are from Wilder not Hearn.

I dont understand this fury trilogy talk either, before theyve even had the 3rd fight... the first fight ****** too for 11 rounds

Seriously after his last fight what was there to be scared:3some:

Because Wilder is a rigged fraud, all of his fights are fixes in one way or another. Notice he always fights Haymon PBC divers and patsies. King brokered Stiverne and Molina to dive. Fury needed money and exposure so he too agreed to a fake draw vs Wilder. Haymon can't buy off Whyte who is a real true figher unlike fraud wilder. So Haymon bought off sulaiman to block whyte. Povetkin was also allegedly framed by a fake dirty test to avoid povetkin too. Povetkin has been avoided since, because Haymon can't buy off Ryabinsky. Ortiz dove twice for Wilder as he is also owned by haymon.

Whyte will easily dispose of the big fraud wilder but whyte will never get the chance.

Doesn't say he has to fight them. Try again.

Again no where did Hearn say he (Wilder) had to fight Whyte to get to AJ. He made an several offers (1 of which was to fight Whyte first) he also made a 3 fight offer in which Wilder would fight Brezeale followed by 2 fights with AJ.

Sometimes i just shake my head at these posters that tries to re-write history. Don't they understand that they lose credibility by doing so?

I mean i think Wilder ducked Whyte, but i don't have to make things up to try to make Wilder look bad.

At no point did Hearn offered Whyte as a "Roadblock", Whyte was the number 1 ranked HW by the WBC and HE wanted the Wilder fight, Hearn acting on his behalf made what were offers on Whyte's behalf to Team Wilder.

Both turned down by Wilder (asking for more money in one scenario - Which Hearn replied NO - i want an 11 inch *****), and the second offer was put Joshua's name on the contract..Which Hearn himself said its NOT possible.

Those were the Whyte offers that i can remember. Some of these Fury fanatics really do make the real Fury fans look bad.

You guys are trying to mince words here. Do we honestly not remember all the times Eddie said Wilder would have to fight someone else first?

Let out the cage even acknowledges this with the statement in bold.

Here's yet another quote, but I'm sure you guys will play semantics and say there's no element of demand there.

Before Wilder stopped Bermane Stiverne inside a round in his sixth WBC heavyweight title defence, Hearn had spoken of plans to make him an offer to fight Joshua's rival Dillian Whyte.

                    And here's another...

Hearn told Fight Hub in a video posted on Tuesday that he wants Wilder, who holds one of the heavyweight belts, to fight Dillian Whyte. Then, that winner would move on to fight Joshua,

Thank you, its wasnt a roadblock it was an offer. Not sure why this was difficult to understand.
