Alot of his title fights werent considered as such was Mafia related iirc, dont know how true was that though..but most of those other guys dont deserve to be on that list tbh.

Great list, and he's right. This is what happens when you cherry-pick big names who aren't at their best. You can fool some of the people some of the time...

The minute someone says floyd avoided mosley when he spent years calling him out only for Mosley to blame a loose tooth their opinion automatically becomes invalidated the revisionist history is a clear example of bias

            Couple points here.

The old guys had ONE BELT to fight for, not 3 or 4 or 5 in the same division. So saying Floyd had more title fights is misleading, especially since he had only 11 (I believe) total fights at welter. In fact, when Floyd fought Maidana the first time it was for the WBC Welter AND Super Welter PLUS the WBA Super Welter. Are we counting three titles defences for just one fight?

Personally I'd rank Floyd in lighter weight divisions not at welter. He was unstoppable at super Feather and Lightweight.

I agree with the writer that floyd only fought his opponent when he think he can beat them but still he didn't beat pac..

Again, I am fine with any opinion, so long as the reasoning used is factual. Cox reasoning isn't factual. If he had simply argued Floyd isn't a top 10 ATG at ww because he is 11-0 at ww with wins over Manny, Shane, Baldo , Zab, Maidana(x2), Ghost, Mitchell, Berto, Ortiz, JMM and didn't start his career at ww that would make sense.

It is reasonable that he is ranked behind men who spent the majority of their career or began their career at that weight.
Either he fought 'em when it meant something, or he didn't. In this guys opinion be didn't and he's not by himself in that thinking.

Only Floyd fanboys and ppl he pays off is going to take into account all the excuses er i mean "facts", lol, for why fights got made so late or not at all. It is what it is.

Floyd took a two year vacation when all those guys was ready and calling him out. It's not like this guy or anybody who agrees with his statements is fabricating anything.
