It is not a good idea to disrespect the past boxing greats on the eve of a rematch.

'During the Joshua s Ruiz I build up, I found it bizarre the way Joshua handed Ruiz Junior his belts to pose for a photo shoot' I don't now whether it was him being too nice, or arrogant.

Joshua needs to just response to criticism calmly, and focus on the job in hand.

I like Anthony Joshua, but Lennox Lewis was another big man with a better engine, greater boxing skills, and the evidence now looks like he was way more durable than Joshua.

We won't know 'legacy' of Joshua vs Lennox until Joshua retires from the sport. Now, I would imagine there's a lengthy line of Anthony haters who would readily say that moment is going to be soon upon us. I don't happen to agree. IMO, Joshua stomps Ruiz into 3 Sundays past whatever the rematch date is. I think it will be a baby blimp massacre.

Bottom line, I like Lennox and Joshua both. They have both had some really memorable fights. So I'll just patiently wait for the rematch, then we'll see how the unification picture looks. Something tells me we fans are in for some really great HW fights upcoming. I'm all for it.

This is what AJ is talking about.

AJ literally says becoming undisputed is his goal and Lennox tries turning the word 'worried' into a negative when that isn't how Joshua used it at all.

Wtf is wrong with this guy? He's been sucking on Al Haymons teet for too long.

Lewis has been going through midlife crisis ever since he retired. He always throws some petty jabs at current HW kingpins. He was this way when Klitchkos were running things, he is even worse now because Joshua is British, hasn't accomplished nearly as much as Lewis yet he's more popular than Lewis ever was.

He's just one of those fighters who can't deal with the fact that their time is gone. Floyd is the same. Bitter and insecure old men.
I think Hagler is probably the worst out of everyone with this issue. Froch is bad for it as well.

Lewis had a suspect chin too but his mato was I'll get you before you get me. Joshua against Lewis would have suffered the same fait as other big heavies Grant, Golata and Rudduck did.

What are changes in the rematch that allows Joshua to wipe the floor with Ruiz?

With the loss to Ruiz, doesn't Lewis criticsm seem more realistic than just hate.
