If they want that fight to get real buys that undercard better be legit. Spence while popular on message boards and YouTube comment sections hasn't sold a big fight on his name alone yet. -
Staples Center is a great place for big fights, really excited for this one. Was originally planned for Aug. 3 on FOX, then Spence lobbied for the fight to be placed on PPV, and it was moved to Sept. 28 on FOX PPV. Now, we know the site

Nothing was ever set there just a bunch of dates thrown around. But for weeks some reporters were saying that Spence/Porter location is going to be determined with what happens with Canelo/GGG. If that fight took place, I'm guessing they would have made Spence/Porter in NY. They wouldn't want another fight on the West Coast after the trilogy.
