Why do people rate Canelo's resume so high, even relative to GGG's?

    1) your list is WRONG, because... FACT: Canelo beat Golovkin

    2) even going by your own WRONG list above... FACT: Canelo > Golovkin

if you do not think that Lara and Cotto are better than Murray and Lemieux... then you are a moron

FACT: this is a RIDICULOUS discussion

FACT: I gave a much better/clearer breakdown of their individual resume's than you did

and I did not need to go on a fools-errand by scrub-counting

we have already proven that Canelo has a much better resume than Golovkin, but you still owe us.....

      1) the name of the G opponent who could have beaten Canelo

      2) the list of opponents who Canelo avoided, to match the HUGE list of opponents that Golovkin avoided

      waiting.....

          I will wait

          but, not for much longer...

we are ALL waiting for that name bro... I will never stop asking for it
A lot obviously depends on which version of Canelo faces those guys.

Honestly in general I think he beats but probably doesn't KO the GGG-faced version of...Lemieux, Stevens, Brook, Murray, Ouma...styles make fights and I think Monroe, at the time they fought would have been a tough test for him...I could see it going similar to the Lara fight.

Btw you mention all the time that GGG was in some way selectively matched up..which I don't really see...I will say though that the only guy Canelo ever faced who could, and did, move at all was Lara.

I think he could have faced a good challenge though against any of those guys and could have ended up in a close fight and maybe losing on a legit card.

Only guy on Canelo's resume who I think it is possible that GGG doesn't stop is Lara...and I would still probably pick GGG to stop him as GGG is basically a 10x better version of Angulo...and we saw Angulo have a lot of success there...Lara is great though so it would have been fun to see.

lol...I mean one name is literally the same guy...basically beat in the same way, except in my view GGG did it 8-4 with a KD vs 7-5 for Nelo.

And yeah Lara was great and I had it 7-5 to Nelo...but as much as I love Lara and as talented as he is...he pisses rounds away sometimes based on inactivity...that is a terrible recipe for someone facing GGG btw.

So yeah winning 7-5 vs a great Lara...and going 12 with a shot fat Cotto...is not imo better than 8 Round destruction of Lemieux...and 11 round destruction of Murray...not really sure where people can hype up those wins for Canelo over GGG's tbh.

I mean it's pointless with some people to argue it...but yeah most fights are conclusive with one winner...and GGG's 2 fights with Nelo were clear wins for him imo...I don't really see how anyone can honestly get Nelo 7 rounds there...you'd have to give him every possible close round and even that may not be enough.

Yeah Lara was great...but Cotto was shot and fat man...going 12 with them vs GGG destroying Lemieux and Murray...that's advantage GGG to me...not just who you face...but when where what weight, how you finish them...gotta factor that stuff in bro

I think that you are an absolute tripper

Canelo would have almost certainly knocked out ALL of those mid-level guys, including Monroe..... Murray is the only guy I would question

                " Stevens "

you wouldn't know a good fighter if he walked up and punched you in the face

dude, don't think for 1 second that you answered my question

you said that Canelo could not have beaten all of Golovkin's opponents..... so, name the G opponent who you think could have beaten Canelo

                waiting, STILL.....

the discussion is..... who has the best resume

your silly " opinion "..... is not relevant

                    FACT: Canelo beat Golovkin

                    Golovkin.....
                    - Jacobs *
                    - Murray
                    Canelo.....
                    - Golovkin
                    - Cotto
                    - Mosley
                    - Lara*
                    - Trout
                    - Jacobs

which G opponent could have beaten Canelo..... ?

and where is that list you owe me, of opponents who Canelo ducked?

Lara would have beat Golovkin by the way. Golovkin couldn't cut off the ring against "cement feet" Canelo, Lara would have ran circles around him. Which is why Golovkin wanted nothing to do with Lara.
Despite your soon to be voiced protests Golovkin is better at cutting off the ring than "cement foot" Canelo. Lara is mobile as you say but it didn't translate into a win over Canelo. Golovkin and Lara aren't in the same weight class by the way. If Lara was serious about fighting Golovkin for the Middleweights title he should have moved up. The champion who is being called out is not under any obligation to cut weight to defend his title or fight him at all. Lara who is tricky to look good against wanted to fight Golovkin but didn't have the ambition to move up get in line and go after him at Middleweight. Golovkin said in the ESPN interview when he was asked about cutting weight he would only cut weight for Floyd.
