jacobs isn't a draw either you jackass kovalev should get more than what jacobs got. kovalev has been making at least 1 million per fight for years. that's not peanuts!

Ugghh, I hope this doesnt happen, I think it is a bad look for Canelo and just furthers the narrative that he's building his career on big names who are past their prime.

I'd rather see him v one of the young guns at MW than Kovalev

Well that defeats the purpose of this fight. The whole point of this fight is for Alvarez to try and get a belt in one more division. I’m guessing your not Kovalev’s advisor

This is probably Canelo's biggest fight and challenge! Heck, I am not a huge Canelo fan, but I would pay PPV to see Kovalev vs Canelo.

This would be a HUGE... er YUGEEEEEEE fight!

While it may not have the build up of GGG vs Canelo... Kovalev vs Canelo is surely going to be a fantastic fight!

Have you ever seen a boring Kovalev fight?

Just wait until the "Kovalev killed a man in the ring... now he is fighting Canelo" advertising.
bigger than canelo vs mayweather? haha

this wouldnt be bigger than canelo vs mosley.
canelo has had WAY bigger fights than against kov

Not sure I believe that but let's play make believe and I concede that point is Kovalev signing with Golden Boy and signing a multi fight deal with DAZN? Because that's how Jacobs got paid as much as he did because he re-signed with matchroom and they took care of him and he signed for future fights with DAZN as part of the deal to get the Canelo fight. Same how Wilder was offered a lot of money for the Breazele fight but it was tied to him signing a 3 fight deal with DAZN on top of the Breazele fight. DAZN wasn't agreeing to pay him 20M just for the Breazele fight it was a package that includes future fights. Kovalev is negotiating a 1 fight deal and asking for same money guys are getting for signing multi-fight deals? LMAO

Al Haymon pays his own guys MORE money as the opponent fighter in PBC then he pays outside opponents to come in for 1 fight against his PBC guys. Why? Because you take care of your own guys and give them extra because you have their rights to future fights.

I'd rather see GGG/Canelo III. If Kovalev is looking for more money plus step-aside money to pay off Yarde, it's not happening. Now if Canelo is demanding a catchweight and rehydration clause, I can understand Kovelev's apprehension, but honestly, this is the best money Kovalev can ever hope to earn.

It's a brave move if Canelo fights Kovalev, but the lowball offer makes it seem not serious. Canelo and his team probably see vulnerabilities in Sergey, in that he was ko'd by Eleider, and doesn't take body punches too well. Kov punches harder than GGG but lacks the skill of Gennady, and especially Andrade, Smith, Saunders and Charlotte.

Jacobs has a much bigger fanbase & was making pre canelo way more than Foldalev,Foldalev is likely going to make sht the rest of his career like hes done til now for getting kod. Canelo is taking massive risks 100000x more than kov would be.

Compare Jacobs selling out msg vs c levels to fold giving free tickets to rec centers

Canelo was never serious in the first place about fighting Kovalev. The offer said it all. And besides, Kovalev would have to come over to DAZN to make the fight happen and you better believe that Oscar would get options on Kov. Don't do it Kovalev.
