I think this has always been the plan for PBC. Let Manny/Keith fight without VADA so Manny wins. Then Spence and Porter unify. Manny can't fight for the WBC belt without enrolling in the Clean Boxing Program so then he will be back to normal (how he looked against Floyd) when he fights Spence.
That isn't enough for Spence to be a star. he will need to beat Crawford or Floyd after Manny to really break out.
Pacman needs 750ml of IV just like Floyd did in their mega fight amigo.

yes!! vada testing so spence will look normal too! lmao!!! im all for this.
PAC ran from SPENCE faster than Hussain Bolt. she looked petrified when he entered ring after SPENCE beat GARCIA. ROACH can no longer use the MAYWEATHER name to help promote his upcoming fights.
Roach doesn't make decisions for pac so this is all fluff. Pac might not want a Spence fight & no one can force him to take it, although I'd definitely like to see it
Depends on who you ask I guess. A fighter can hang em up whenever he wants. No one wants to see a fighter stay too long. As far as legacy goes, Manny's got 7 Ls and 3 by KO. One of those losses was against Floyd. He had his legacy defining head-to-head and he lost.
Don't think taking an L to a fighter makes it impossible to eclipse him on a legacy scale but again legacy is subjective as are the top fighters all time lists which neither of these two crack the top 5 on for me.

Is he or is he not in 365 random testing? Seems he is in one thread and he isn't in the other. Gotta say though..Errol didn't look great against Garcia with testing..just saying.

True, Floyd definitely did it his way and took the least amount of punishment and took advantage of the earning potential in his era. And it does depend on who you ask. That fight with Floyd should have taken place years prior but it’s a win on Floyd’s resume nonetheless. Can’t take that away from him.
But I don’t get into the wins and losses as a pure boxing fan. I look at the fights themselves and the circumstances surrounding them and when they took place. Remember I stated in my prior post, if Manny beats Thurman and manages to beat some of those other younger fighters, some people, fans, boxing writers, boxing voters, and boxing experts, may rank Manny above Floyd despite losing to him by decision late in both of their careers. And they may justify those losses in some fashion compared to Floyd’s overall resume and wins and who he fought and the circumstances surrounding those fights. I respect Floyd, just playing devils advocate.
For example, is Floyd better than Ali also who lost 5 times and got stopped once, (2) or (3) of his losses late in his career? Some may say Floyd is better than Ali though. Is Floyd better than Sugar Ray Robinson or Sugar Ray Leonard who both had multiple losses but possibly better wins on their resume overall against top HOF fighters.
I mean Floyd has beaten (8) HOF’ers that we know for sure will get there or are already in (Gatti, Oscar, Mosley, Cotto, Marquez, Alvarez, Hatton, & Manny) and he was a champion in (5) weight classes.
Manny has also beaten (8) HOF'ers that are in or will surely get in, fought (9) total including the loss to Floyd. And we don’t know how many more future HOF’ers he will fight before retiring. And some of Manny’s wins were against similar opponents that he beat more convincing then Floyd did in the overall list here (Mosley, Cotto, Hatton, Marquez, Oscar, Morales, Barrera, Bradley Jr.,) And Manny is the only (8) division champion in boxing history. Add some wins against some young lions today. Like you said, depends on who you ask.
Then Floyd will show them what he made just from Pacquiao and McGregor, (forget Oscar, Cotto, and Canelo) and the people will say "Oh, I get it!"
You know that’s not the point I was making. The entire boxing public knows Floyd worked his era financially like a damn scientist and magician. Much respect to Floyd and his team for how he calculated and maneuvered and created a persona to bank heist boxing. But he needed to win those fights also and he did. People lose sight of that. It wouldn’t have been possible if he didn’t keep winning and people hoping he would lose-LOL! Clever game plan, executed to perfection financially.
