Yeah the weighin headbutt, then trash talking followed by literally paying 1M to gain a 2 weight class advantage in the ring...yet he goes out there and tries to outbox canelo missed badly and foolishly and still shook to switch up and never really fight Canelo. Lame when you take into account what popped off just 24 hours earlier lol

He outlanded GGG in powerpunches in 8 rounds to 4, and outlanded him in power punches overall as well.
Triple Jab of course outlanded Jacobs in jabs and that was enough to get him the win, even without the KD it would've been an SD loss for Jacobs at best.
Versus Canelo, Jacobs didn't outland him in any department. Not even jabs, and Canelo isn't much of a jabber at all. Canelo outlanded Jacobs in jabs in 8 rounds to 4, which is rare since Canelo's main focus is always landing power punches.
Jacob's has no punch selection that he can use to go to head or body. His offense is basically made up on the spot. His switch to southpaw proves my point. He just lacks a high boxing iq.

This is the problem with today's boxing press. They choose a favorite and look for reasons beyond what is actually happening during the fight to give their fav rds.. I am looking at you GGG press fan boys.

And with Jacobs he made him miss and miss badly. Look at the compubox numbers of Jacobs last 8 fights before Canelo then look at the fight with Canelo. Went from landing 32+% in each to 20% with Canelo. That was the difference. Canelo made him miss badly and also made him pay for it as Canelo landed at over 40%.
Canelo weather you like it or not is the pound for pound best in boxing and is the face of it as well. He is leagues better now in my opinion then Floyd ever was. Floyd beat a green young Canelo but truthfully I don't think a prime Floyd would stand a chance against this Canelo but again at 160 not a weight drained 152 either.
But to add to that last statement I don't think Canelo would be the boxer he is today without that loss to Floyd then!

That's why i stopped watching boxing alot of these rights are so predictable it's crazy. They rather lose on the cards while doing nothing, than go for the gold and get knocked out. What was the last good elite fight we had in boxing ? It's like well since i didn't get knocked out i can still make good money. This boxing game is getting real old, real fast.
You are absolutely right.

Every UFC fight people be giving it their all. They know their careers is based on this fight, they got to win this fight. Boxing is all about being undefeated, fighting bums and if you do decide to finally fight somebody and you lose, just box scared for 12 rounds and just don't get knocked out. I haven't paid for one damn boxing fight in years. I will continue not to do so. I can predict the outcome of more than half of these fights. Crawford -Khan, Danny Garica vs that Mexican kid, Pacquiao-Broner, Spence-Garica, Vargas -Soto.
This are all fights we knew how they were going to end. We didn't even need to tune in lol. We know how Joshua vs Ruiz will turn out. It's a Shame.
Give us a good fight !!!!

Just saw the Adesanya/Kevin G fight recently and as much as i love my sweet science, I appreciate the fact that those two not only fought each other but both brought it until the last second, that is missing in boxing at the moment.
