If there's $42 million in the pot, you should get a fair percentage. At least 25%, or $10.5 million...
Also although it's the same work on the night there is a lot of extra work AJ has put in building his brand to make the fight money it is which Ortiz never has done for whatever reason. Why should Ortiz expect to profit so much of AJ's hard work and extra risks taken to build his resume and profile?

When asked how it could be a lowball when he accepted 500k for wilder all sorts of bull**** reasons were flying about. My personal favourite was that his stock had greatly risen which is hilarious considering he hasn’t headlined his own event or earned more than the 500k so how could his stock have risen?
This goes back to something I’ve said a long time ago. Anthony Joshua is not a charitable foundation. Just because he’s getting paid 25-30 million that doesn’t mean you can try ask for 10 mil instead of your usual 500k. How you guys can’t see that’s an absolute pisstake I will never know.

And Finkel states on TBV that Joshua-Wilder won't happen this year, maybe 2020.
There can't be anyone left in doubt now? PBC are ducking fights to protect their fighters and keep things in house. Fury has wedged himself onto ESPN and will fight twice this year against no marks.
Team Joshua has continually made offers to all of the top fighters. Real credible offers.
No more doubt.

A side B side has worked perfectly well all over the world for many many years in this sport and everybody has understood what makes an A side, belts or value, Joshua towers over Ortiz on both fronts. Why is it NOW that you want us to pretend A side B side is to be forgotten and we will talk pots and regular work?
But then Ortiz was offered 7 million Dollars, 14x his highest payday and they turned it down. Why are you still trying to talk about money and lowballs and what Ortiz was worth? EVEN ORTIZ and his entire training team, advisors and management have all come out in the last few days and said its a great offer. Why are you feeling like LITERALLY EVERYBODY IS WRONG and you are right?
